Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and  post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at houseofmiiiniii@gmail.com.

Returns:

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In this case, we are here to support you in every way possible. Don’t worry; we will get in touch with you and take all necessary steps. Please email us at HousefoMiiiNiii@gmail.com with all relevant details so that we can better understand and serve you.
In case a return is accepted as an exception without a manufacturing defect, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy  for more details.

Refunds:

We kindly inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, if a refund is approved, a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will only be processed to bank accounts, which may take 5-7 working days to be transferred.

Return Shipping Instructions:

When returning an item to us, we recommend using a reliable courier with tracking capabilities. Please note that House of MiiiNiii is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages. Additionally, shipping costs will not be refunded.
